Who we are

Resilience Wellness Consulting ("RWC", operated by Al Izdihar Arabia) provides personal training, wellness coaching, and corporate wellbeing services in Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it across our website (rwc-ksa.com), our client platform, and our messaging channels.

What we collect

Contact details you share with us (your name, phone number, and email address) when you submit a form on our website, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or are introduced to us directly.

Coaching information for active clients: session records, training programmes, fitness metrics, and wellbeing notes your coach keeps to deliver and improve your coaching.

Career information if you apply to work with us, including your CV, application answers, and any assessment material you submit.

Basic website analytics (via Google Analytics) about how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed and general location. This is aggregate data, not tied to your identity by us.

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching services, process payments, share programme and progress information with you, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Payments

Card payments are processed by PayTabs on their secure hosted payment pages. We never see or store your card number. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the amount and reference.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business: secure cloud hosting and databases, Meta (for WhatsApp and Instagram messaging), Google (calendar and analytics), and PayTabs (payments). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service. We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting, and service-continuity purposes. Enquiries that do not become client relationships, and recruitment material for unsuccessful applications, are kept only as long as they are useful and then removed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). You can also opt out of any non-essential messages simply by telling us on any channel.

We handle personal information in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
