Home personal training
A coach comes to you, builds the plan around your goal and your space, and gets results with whatever you have.
You reach out with your goals, your preferred area of Riyadh, and roughly when you'd like to start. We ask a few questions about your training history and any injuries, then suggest a coach and a time for a free consultation, usually within a day or two.
Your coach visits your home, compound, or office for a free initial session. This covers your movement assessment, a conversation about your goals and any injury history, and a look at the space you have available, so the programme that follows is built around reality, not guesswork.
Based on the consultation, your coach puts together a programme suited to your goals and current level, and agrees a weekly schedule with you, whether that's twice a week before work or three evening sessions. The plan adjusts as your fitness and circumstances change.
Each session runs an hour. We do the most with the least: a fully equipped gym or a cleared corner of a living room, about three by three metres, is enough to get results. Your coach builds the session around what you have, so a garden, an office or a compound gym all work.
Your coach tracks what you lift, how sessions feel, and how your movement changes over time, then adjusts the programme as you improve or as life gets in the way. If your schedule or goals shift, the plan shifts with them rather than staying fixed.
At RWC we do the most with the least. A fully equipped gym or a corner of your living room, we get you results.
About three by three metres is usually enough for an RWC session, roughly a cleared corner of a living room or a garden. Your coach works around furniture and fittings rather than asking you to renovate a space, and confirms what's needed during the free consultation.
No, not with RWC. We do the most with the least. Whether you have a fully equipped gym or a space in your living room, the programme is built around what is there and it gets results. If a single piece of kit would earn its place later, your coach will say which one.
Yes, RWC trains in all three. In an apartment it usually means a cleared living room and sometimes a building's shared gym; in a villa, a garden, spare room, or private gym; in a compound, often the compound gym or your own space. The setup is confirmed at the consultation.
Yes. RWC has both male and female coaches, and you can ask for a female coach for women-only sessions when you first message us. This covers strength and conditioning, mobility, injury rehabilitation, and movement assessments.
RWC can often start you within a day or two. Once you message us with your goals and area, we arrange a free consultation quickly, and your first proper session usually follows within the same week if your schedule allows it.
Just tell your RWC coach in advance. Sessions pause without penalty while you're away, and your programme picks up from where you left off when you're back, adjusted if your fitness has changed over the break.
Yes. RWC works Ramadan hours. Sessions move to after iftar or before suhoor, and your coach agrees the times with you. Consultations run through Ramadan too.
Our coaches are based in central Riyadh and train clients across these districts.
